Urgent road closure in the Parish of Trunch – BT works to restore customer service




Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 – Section 14(2) 

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to Openreach works (BT) requiring access to underground/overhead network for cable renewal to restore customers service the use by vehicles of the U19208 Mundesley Road from its junction with C426 Knapton Road heading east for 350m in the PARISH OF TRUNCH will be temporarily prohibited between 08:30 and 15:30 hours from 2nd to 5th March 2021 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 4 days within the period. If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 5 days.

Alternative route is via: Mundesley Road, Knapton Road, Knapton Green, Trunch Road (Trunch/ Knapton/ Mundesley).

In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
